The sensations of bitterness and spiciness are very evident, the sweetness is less intense, therefore the high olfactory-gustatory persistence makes it extraordinary in combination with bruschetta, pulse soups, salads and fish dishes. Excellent with grilled vegetables, fresh cheese and goat cheese.
