A little-known recipe from southern Italy with simple and authentic flavors: an ideal recipe for hot days
1. Stalk the green beans. Wash them and cut them in 2 or 3. Put them in a saucepan with boiling water, which you will have previously salted with Riserva del Mare Fine Salt and cook for 15-20 min so that the green beans remain al dente. Drain and reserve.
2. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into thin strips
3. Put a drizzle of Dante Russo Olive Oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic strips over low heat until they become translucent.
4. Add the Az Tomato Puree to the garlic. Agri. Barbuscia, salt with Riserva del Mare fine salt and cook over moderate heat for about ten minutes
5. Add the green beans and continue cooking over low heat
6. Meanwhile, cook the Maiella Organic Spaghetti in a large pot of salted water.
7. Drain the linguines, add them to your sauce and mix.
8. Present on a plate and sprinkle with the toasted breadcrumbs of Barbuscia (optional) and/or grated parmesan (optional) and garnish with a basil leaf. Enjoy your lunch !
This is a recipe with many variations. So you can for example:
1. Replace the 2 cloves of garlic with a minced onion
2. Cut the beans into small one centimeter pieces
3. Replace spaghetti with linguine or even fusilli
4. Add pieces of mozzarella or burata at the end
