Longcorn Rice Apollo

Apollo rice is grown, processed and packaged exclusively in Piedmont, Italy. It is an alternative to Indian or Pakistani rice such as Basmati or Jasmine.

Apollo rice is characterized by its intense aroma revealed by notes of dried fruits and white flowers, with a slight spicy note.

Cooking mode: the Apollo is ideal for making rice pilafla, steaming, boiling or sautéing
