Vegetable risotto
A ready-to-use risotto: the market garden risotto (with vegetables). Simple, foolproof and with only natural ingredients: carnaroli rice, peppers, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, leeks, eggplants, celery, oregano and basil. Nothing less, nothing more. High-quality carnaroli rice and cold-dehydrated vegetables, a process that maintains the characteristics of the products, packaged in a protective atmosphere.
ONLY natural ingredients: Carnaroli rice, peppers 1.8%, carrots 1.2%, zucchini 0.7%, tomatoes 0.7%, ONION 0.7%, LEEK 0.5%, aubergines 0.5%, CELERY 0, 5% oregano, dehydrated basil in variable portion, dehydrated parsley in variable portion. SEE INGREDIENTS IN CAPITAL LETTERS FOR ALLERGENS.
Tips for preparation:
Bring 1.5 l of water to a boil. In another pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil or 2-3 knobs of butter, toast the rice for about a minute, stirring constantly. Add salt and white wine to taste, stir for a few seconds and add the boiling water. During cooking, occasionally turn and add boiling water a little at a time until cooked and matured preferred (16-18 minutes). Serve with the addition of grated Parmesan.
