The classic dish of the Roman culinary tradition. A delicious, slightly spicy sauce with a delicate aroma, cooked with tomatoes and a fine blend of seasoned bacon and bacon from organic Arezzo brown pigs. Sublime with rigatoni, spaghetti or bucatini.
