Methods of Use
The cream can be consumed both at room temperature and heated. It is possible to add extra virgin olive oil, a knob of butter or tomato.
Using the dressing directly on the ready-to-eat food, preferably hot, will ensure that it enhances its characteristics in the best possible way.
Suggested quantity: 20-25 gr per person. 4 - 5 servings
