Caserecce Organic

Caserecce, format originally from Sicily, are organic short pasta made from whole durum wheat Senatore Cappelli semolina, the result of crossing the variety "Rieti" and the Tunisian cultivar "Jenah Rhetifah". A grain that has never undergone genetic manipulation, resulting highly digestible and with a high content of proteins, vitamins and minerals.
