Methods of Use

How to prepare a delicious polenta with porcini mushrooms:

For 2 people, it is suggested to use 175 gr of Polenta with Porcini Mushrooms and 0.5 liter of water. You can vary the density of the polenta by increasing or reducing the amount of water.

Salt the water and bring it to a boil. Then remove from the heat and add the Polenta with Porcini Mushrooms, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. The polenta will be ready in 4-5 minutes.

You can enrich the polenta with a drizzle of olive oil, with a curl of butter or with our Porcini Mushroom Flavored Condiment. Polenta also goes very well with Parmesan, cream and bechamel.

If you want, the dish is ready to be cooked and tasted but nothing prevents you from adding the most delicious ingredients: sauce, gorgonzola, pieces of sausage, bacon, anchovies and everything that the imagination (and the palate) suggest.
