Instant Polenta with Speck and Cheeses

Three flavors that represent the Trentino area: polenta, speck and cheeses are found together in this polenta to be enjoyed with a glass of red wine. Ground and blended in Trentino.

Tips for use: to prepare instant polenta, gradually pour the entire contents of the package into 1.4 liters of boiling salted water. Mix well, cooking for 5 minutes and then serve. To obtain a more liquid polenta, reduce the amount of flour a little.
