Methods of Use
How to prepare a perfect couscous with porcini mushrooms:
- Put the Cous Cous with Summer Truffle in a pan and add a tablespoon of oil; mix the couscous to shell it.
- Put the saucepan on the stove, add 175ml boiling water or broth and stir for 1 minute;
- Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let it rest until the broth is absorbed;
- After the broth is absorbed, shell the couscous again and let it rest for another 5 minutes.
Add olive oil or butter to taste. You can enhance the scent and aroma of the preparation by adding a drizzle of Truffle Flavored Condiment,
Suggested quantity: 35-40 gr per person if consumed as an appetizer, 80-90 gr per person if consumed as a first course.
