Vinification: Fermentation of the most without the skins, as happens with white wines in stainless steel vats

Aging: in stainless steel vats - marketing takes place from March of the year following production.

Color: pinkish

Bouquet: floral and very fruity.

Taste: velvety, soft, harmonious.

Wine and food pairing: fish, fresh cheeses, risotto with vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif.

Service temperature: 8 - 10°C
