Tasting Notes: Dark ruby red color with coral nuances, bouquet of good complexity, characterized by spicy and vanilla notes, accompanied by ripe notes of red fruits. Harmonious, pleasant and well-structured taste, excellent taste progression and velvety tannic texture.

Wine / food pairing: It goes perfectly with roasted and grilled meats, game, fish soups and mature cheeses.
