Production area: Valeggio sul Mincio, morainic hills of the Falcona in a plot called "Cavrine"

Vinification: fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aging in oak barrels for 12 months, further aging in the bottle for 6 months.

Tasting notes: red wine, soft structure with aromas that recall ripe blackberries and currants

Food and wine pairings: ideal for tasty pasta courses, meats or aged cheeses

Service temperature: serve at a temperature of 18°C in large glasses that favor maximum olfactory expression
