Mango Colomba

Ingredients: stone-ground soft wheat flour, Normandy cow's butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk, semi-candied mango cubes, live sourdough starter, acacia honey, salt, malt, Madagascar vanilla pods. Almond icing: almond flour, sugar, egg white, corn starch, rice starch, 70% dark chocolate strips, granulated sugar.
