Production area: Valpolicella
Vinification: before being pressed, the grapes undergo a brief withering for about a month, in order to improve the organoleptic characteristics of the wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, aging in oak barrels for 18/24 months and aging in bottle for 6 months.
Tasting notes: red color tending towards garnet with an intense aroma reinforced by aging in oak barrels.
Food and wine pairing: ideal for meals in sauce, red meat or aged cheeses
Serving temperature: leave to decant for at least an hour and serve at a temperature of 18°C in large glasses that favor maximum olfactory expression
