Aging: Wood and steel and bottle aging for at least 9-12 months

Color: Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections

Perfume: Fruity of morello cherries and raspberries and a background of pleasantly balanced spices

Taste: Full, warm and elegant, particularly persistent, with typical austere but gentle tannins

Pairings: Sicilian meat second courses, Nebrodi pig, game and roasts, sliced meat and fillet. Recommended with aged Ragusano DOP.

Serving temperature: Recommended at a temperature of 16-18 °C
