Vinification: the grapes undergo a drying process on racks and in boxes until February during which they lose 40% of their water. The result is a very full-bodied wine rich in aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 30-40 days. Aging in oak barrels for 36 months. Further aging in the bottle for 6/12 months.

Tasting notes: wine with an unmistakable intense and dry flavor, with a garnet red color and strong aromas.

Food and wine pairing: ideal for meals in sauce, red meat or aged cheeses

Serving temperature: leave to decant for at least an hour and serve at a temperature of 18°C in large glasses that favor maximum olfactory expression
