Rè d'Autunno - late harvest

€20.00
Quantity

Grape variety: White Moscato

Production area and municipality: Sant'Antonio di Canelli (Asti), Piedmont

Winemaking: At the end of the harvest period, the vines are pruned and the bunches left to dry in the vineyard, with the petioles still lymphatically connected to the shoot. As can be deduced, the "Rè d'Autunno" is not vinified every year, as drying in the vineyard implies a mild, ventilated climate and scarcity of rain. Fermentation takes place slowly in oak barriques.

Color: intense golden yellow

Fragrance: very aromatic and intense, markedly reminiscent of dehydrated apricots, sultanas and candied fruit;

Taste: enveloping with the same sensations of smell with fullness and structure.

Pairings: Desserts, fresh cheeses, fresh pastries, dry pastries

Serving temperature: chilled at 10° C if paired with cheeses, 15-18° C if used for meditation
