Production area: Torre a Cenaia Antica Tenuta Pitti estate, province of Pisa, Tuscany

Harvest: Merlot:, first decade of August; Syrah, second decade of September

Vinification: Destemming-gentle crushing, fermentation at controlled temperature in cement vats for 20-25 days, malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement vats

Refining: In French oak barrels for 12 months and in bottles for another 12 months

Tasting notes: Deep ruby ​​red, deep purple reflections. Enveloping aroma, with decided notes of blackberry and blueberry. Velvety, well structured and consistent taste with a long finish and a lot of soft and silky tannins, which make the tasting complex

Food/wine pairing: Wine with a charming and persistent expression, it goes well with all kinds of red meat, even grilled, as well as with mushrooms and aged cheeses.
