Prosecco PDO extra Dry Millésimé Nonno Luigi

€9.92

Grapes: Glera

Production area: Prosecco PDO area

Harvest period: mid-late September

View: pale straw yellow color with or without greenish reflections depending on the time of year, brilliant, with a fine and very persistent perlage and a creamy mousse.

Nose: intense aromas with aromatic and fruity notes of apple, pineapple and peach, but also floral, especially acacia and rose.

Taste: soft, dry, it counts on an excellent acid / sugar balance (sugar residue 18-19 gr./l.), As well as on a good taste / olfactory persistence. The frankness highlights its territorial and varietal characteristics.

Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with snacks, but also at the end of a meal with dry desserts or delicate cheeses.

Diploma of Great Merit and silver medal at the "Show of wines and grappas of Vittorio Veneto",

Ranked as best Italian Prosecco in the "Yearbook of the best Italian wines" by Luca Maroni, RCS Libri.
